Essas palavrinhas são ditas do mesmo jeito, e não é incomum mesmo a nativos que se descuidem escrevendo uma pela outra.
Neste caso, podemos contrair: They're there! (Eles estão lá!)
Mas não neste: There they are! (Lá estão eles!)
Acostume-se com a pronúncia:
That's ----- truck over -----.
----- coming from over ----- with ----- tools.
----- they are! Over -----!
