Como dizer "Pólo (prédio)" em inglês

A sua concentuação de "pólo" como "prédio" em português brasileiro, está equivocada. Pólo, na verdade define uma área ou região, onde estão instaladas diversas empresas, de segmentos similares ou diferentes, é também chamada de "Parque" (pólo industrial/parque industrial.)

Penso que o que você procura é a palavra "Plant", que significa o prédio ou conjunto de prédios da empresa, incluindo todo as máquinas, equipamentos, ferramentas, facilidades e claro, o terreno. "Site", também poderia ser uma segunda opção.

Petrochemical hub.
Petrochemical center.

Dando uma certa ideia de conglomerado, de algo em larga escala (e complexidade tecnológica, aqueles investimentos "em escala industrial" que envolvem tecnologia, grandes instalações, logística, comunicações, etc... ). Gostei da descrição "parque industrial" do RedSea.

Então, é que eu comecei uma graduação ontem. E aí o pessoal da faculdade (instituição) disse "nós temos 3 PÓLOS, um nesse bairro, outro no bairro x e outro no bairro y. Entende? É esse "pólo" que eu me referi.

Se eu fosse falar em inglês, eu usaria qual termo semelhante a esse?

I mean of the same "brand", a susidiary of sorts. It's different of the "Ivy League" case, where the universities may have different names, meaning a "commonwealth" of sorts, actually an Athletic conference.

PPAULO, acho que a dúvida de Emmett, não se aplica, ou melhor não deve se referir aos CAMPI. As universidades/faculdades brasileiras, chamam de "pólos" os locais físicos (prédios) de apoio administrativo/pedagógico e aulas presenciais de cursos EaD, comumente localizados em locais distintos aos campi, das instituições que os possuem. Esta nomenclatura me parece ser algo tipicamente brasileiro. De toda sorte, Emmett e PPAULO, em Inglês isto pode ser entendido como "Student Support and services Building / Facility" ou algo similar.

So, "campi" (also campuses in English) is also used abroad, not only in Brasil. "branch campuses" of the same university can be spread in some cities. There are is also the case of universities of which the buidings are sprawled or spread over the city, as the complex of buidings that house a Department - as the one that houses the Department of Mechanical Engineering of the Universty of Minnesota.

Or the ones of UFF (RJ) which has separate complexes or units, being Mathematics in the Center, Law located in Ingá neighbourhood, Central Library in Gragoatá (actually 23 libraries, with bulding by sujects, sort of),
So, if are studying Management you take a Maths course in the quarters of the center and the subject of lLaw you have to take a bus and go to the law unit/building in Ingá, another neighbourhood. After that, you go back to the center (Campos Valonguinho) since most Management subjects are taught there.
