The more time passes the more I love you/like you.
The more time goes by, the more I love you/like you.
I love you more with every year that passes.
With every passing day, I love you in every way.
I love you more with passing day/year, etc...
With each year, I love you more.
With each year, I love you more and more.

It worth noticing that sometimes in Brazil, we use the verb "gostar" in a romantic sense (to love someone), that´s why the above sentences. Sometimes we use "gostar" meaning "to like".

So, in the "like" sense we can adjust some of them, for example:
The more time passes the more I like you.
The more time goes by, the more I like you.

The other way around, that is, the English words "like" and "love" aren´t so flexible as in Portuguese, although sometimes you can say that you "love something" meaning that you like it.
