Que tal "Get that chair off your a*s!"?

Ou mesmo: "Get your a*s off that chair!"

Actually, "Get that chair off your ass" means "Tira a cadeira da bunda." That isn't what you want to say, is it? What you meant is ""Get your ass off that chair." I think you made a typographical error because your English is quite good. I make them too. No sweat.

I would suggest, however: "Get your butt/ass out of that chair." Note that I changed "off" for "out".

Não, Thomas, eu literalmente quis dizer "Tire a cadeira das nádegas" mesmo. :)

"Get off your arse" is more like "to stop being lazy".
"Get off you arse and do something". (arse - british english; ass - american english)
"Get off your butt/ass" - não seja preguiçoso.

"Get off your butt/ass" in the USA can mean (1) get to work or (2) stand up (get out of the chair).
