Se eu quero só saber a informação, o que é mais indicado perguntar: "Ela já está aqui? Só saber se a pessoa já chegou e está do lado de fora esperando. Sem situação de surpresa, só para ter a informação. " Is she here yet? Is she here already? Ou Is she already here?

It's a guess question and it leaves open the probability to not having reached the place, I am not certain, I want information. There's a chance that the other person has finished the action or not.
Is she already here?
You want to confirm, but you think that she has already come to the place.
I would put this in terms of certainty if you think 80-85% of "she" has arrived at a place (but she might be in the hide, or at some other room, etc).
If it's unlikely that she has arrived. That is if she is likely to be en route the "yet". But you expect she finishes the action anyway.
But in some contexts they may or may not be interchangeable. Let's wait for more insights.
