Correção de texto: Children's Day

On November 5th 1924, a decree nº4867, stablish octuber 12th as the oficial date for celebrating the Children's Day in Brazil. However, only in 1955 the date started being celebrated due to a marketing campaign elaborated by a toy company. The sucess of the campaigh drew the attention of other businessmans associated with the toy industry. After that, they lunched a campaign called "children's week" with the intention of increase the sales. Then the Children's Day started to embrace the the celebrating days of Brazil.
