Marcio, indeed it can be used as a memory-aid.
For example, one knows what is a phrasal verb and know a phrasal verb with the word "act" (perhaps the learner knows that it means in Portuguese "comportar-se mal". Then he look it up in this Phrasal Verb search feature with it (the word "act") ...and voilá!
We now have two hits "act up" and "contract out", it´s easier now!
The same goes with ask, let´s say we know a phrasal verb that means "perguntar à várias pessoas" and it has the word "ask" in it. Then repeating the action with "ask" we will find "ask after//ask around//ask in//ask out" then we will know that the phrasal we want is "ask around".
It can be simple but it can be a source of training to the ones that are studying the matter, and to those at basic levels.
