O que significa "in terms of"?

For example - 1- This title ranks alongside the Olympics in terms of importance.

2- In terms of extra staff–how many will we need?

3- The decision was disastrous in political terms.

I'd like a translation of,
"in terms of " from English into Portuguese. Please don't say it means "em termos de" because in my region we don't use this expression I'd like to know another translation for "In terms of". Thanks in advance
