Freddie Mercury's song, The Great Pretender serves as the closing musical theme. It was originally recorded by The Platters, an American vocal group formed in 1952.

(3) The expression I'm wearing my heart comes from the classic idiom to wear your heart on your sleeve. The idiom is used casually to mean exposing people's true emotions, making themselves vulnerable and letting it all hang out.
