Verbos em inglês que não são usados com ING

Hello everybody!!

I know that some verbs in English some verbs never go to "ing" in relation to gerund, but how can I say the sentences coming ?

1º - Eu estou precisando falar com você
2º - Ela está querendo um tempo pra pensar
3º - Você está gostando mesmo dela?

Será que nos casos eu devo usar a forma simples do verbo, já que nao devemos nunca pensar em portugues ao formular uma frase, pois isso pode vir a nos fazer cometer erros de gramática seríssimos?!

1º - I need to speak with you
2 - She wants a break, she wants some time to think about it
3 - Do you really like her? Are you enjoying to love her?

Something else:
The sentence:
She will be able to know how many e-mails you have written
I translate it like this:

1º - Ela será capaz de saber quantos e-mails você escreveu
2ª - Ela será capaz de saber quantos e-mails você tem escrito

Gostaria de saber qual se encaixa melhor, se alguma está errada, por que está errada e como eu poderia diferencia uma da outra!

I know that I'm asking you a lot of things, but I think that I'm in the top stage of my English abilities and I always want to improve them either speaking, listening, writing and reading, in short, all of them!!!
