A word for the wise (teacher...)

I always tell my staff that students don't care what you know until they know what you care.

Yes, there are people that think if they communicate they connect, that doesn't always happens. At times, we communicate but can't stablish connection with the other party. So, that site may help the teacher and benefit their students.

Anyway, the principal's sentence was a very interesting piece of advice, actually not just for teachers.
