Oi Pessoal,
Como escrevo: Apesar de ter algumas partes em Ingles, a maior parte do meu projeto está em portugues.
Estou em dúvida com "a maior parte do", seria most of my project?

"The most of my project is in Portuguese" is fine with me.

Recomendo o uso de "most of": "most of my project".

Português: a maior parte/porção/fatia, a grande parte.
Inglês: the lion's share.
Exemplo 1: We can see that institutions own the lion's share in the company with 51% ownership. Put another way, the group faces the maximum upside potential (or downside risk). Ref. uk.finance.yahoo
Exemplo 2: (...) the lion's share of the work did go to Tom who was left to rummage through a book shelf covered with snakes while Martin answered questions. dailymail.co
OBS.: A expressão "the lion's share" não só indica a parte maior de algo como também a mais significativa, valiosa. Se acrescentarmos o verbo, por exemplo, "to represent" a ela, passará a ideia de algo ser o ponto/foco principal.
Exemplo 3: Energy represents the lion’s share of greenhouse gas emissions which, by 2050, need to be cut by 80-95% compared to 1990 levels. Ref. parliament
Exemplo 4: Cars made for export - representing the lion's share of those produced - rose by 5.3%, while there was a much sharper upturn for the domestic market. Ref. news.sky
