Did you hear about the scene he made?
Did you hear about the trouble he caused?
Did you hear about the scandal he created?
("Fuss" is a possibility, but it is not as strong as "confusão". It is something minor, not a major problem. And sometimes the meaning is quite different: "She makes a lot of fuss over the baby" = "She gives the baby a lot of attention." "Don't make a fuss over me" = "Não se incomoda.")

ATIVE O ENGLISH PLUS
Just a minor correction. For what it seems worth, you cannot (or perhaps should not) use the word "slangs" as a stand-alone term in a sentence to signify a slang word. You can nevertheless use the word slang with the words term, word or expression. Like this:
"You may know 'bogus' as a slang word meaning 'uncool' or simply 'no good' [...]" -- Internet
"Most native speakers of English define f*** as a slang term for sex or sexual intercourse" -- Me
"Modding is a slang expression that is derived from the verb 'modify'." -- Wikipedia
