Como dizer "Dentuço(a)" em inglês

Hello folks,

I was wondering if you guys would have any suggestion/slang term for the adjective "dentuço" in English.

Trying to come up with an answer I had thought of "toothy" or "crooked teeth", terms which I later found out are not suitable for such case, in that dentuço refers to a person whose upper teeth are projected outwards and/or edgy .
