Bom essa minha dúvida é muito simples qual o melhor verbo para usar nesses meus exemplos.

Eu tava muito desconcentrado hoje no trabalho.
O goleiro desconcentrou o batedor na cobrança de pênalti,

I was thoughtless/amused/distracted at work today.
The goalkeeper let the player who was going to kick the penalty unfocused.

I was not very concentrated/focused in work today.

O goleiro desconcentrou o batedor na cobrança de pênalti.
The goalkeeper put the player off /distracted the player while he was taking the penalty kick.

Just for a laugh, take a look at this:

Dependendo do contexto, significando desconcentrado/desatento:

Inattentive :
not paying attention to sth/ sb
Today, I was very inattentive at work.

Absent: : lost in thought : not attentive
Today, I was extremely absent at work.
