Como dizer "Estão precisando de funcionário?" em inglês

Olá,

Gostaria de saber como abordar alguém em um estabelecimento e questionar se eles estão precisando de funcionários no momento, ou se estão contratando.

Obrigada

Dicas:

''Are you hiring?''
''Hey, I hear you’re hiring. Whom should I talk to?'' [opção mais "espontânea" e otimista]

Sugestão de uso:

''Michael was telling me that they actually had an opening when the last person stopped by to ask the ill-phrased question: “Are you hiring?” Instead he suggested that a simple change in the question would have worked magic: “Hey, I hear you’re hiring. Whom should I talk to?”[designresumes.com - why-not-to-ask-are-you-hiring/]
Muito obrigada!!
