And there are other ways to describe such venues.

Sometimes mentioning the Fair itself suffices, people will know where is the venue since it's a tradition.

Other times they inform where is the venue, since the exhibition is at rented premises or of some sponsors. Like this one that is held at Alliant Energy Center.
