Brazil has the heaviest zero tolerance Law for drinking and driving, valid all over national territory. It is different of USA where the law varies but all states have some kind of penalties.

In spite of the fact that Lei Seca (Dry Law) to seem so heavy , many car accident have been going on with young from 18 to 25 years old.

The popular take on drinking and driving is most of think It is a great law even though they do not take it serious because have been drinking and driving.

To Lei Seca be effective, the government should invest in scare educational advertising. Perhaps showing the dead victims of accident would raise awareness for no drinking and driving.
