I see no major difference between smart and intelligent. Merriam-Webster lists them as synonyms. Both mean that the person can reason, learn easily. has special knowledge, etc.
I think they could be compared to "bonito" and "lindo" in Portuguese. Arent' the meanings the same?
The "Golden Ratio" when applied to women refer to a waist that is about 2/3 the circumference of the hips. That is, if the waist is 24 inches, the waist is about 36 inches. If you use Google, you can find more information. Remember: the Golden Ratio refers to many things, not just to the female body. In your search, you will have better luck if you use "women".
