Thee and me - Tradução em português

Good afternoon!

I've heard that "Thee and me" is used in poems, Shakespeare's literature and
old expressions because it's more poetic than "You and me".
I wonder if there is something similar in Portuguese to express 'Eu e você'
in a poetic form.

I mean if you had to translate 'Thee and me', would you use 'Eu e você'
or is there a poetic form in Portuguese as well?
