Como dizer andei de carro em inglês? Eu imaginei que poderia ser ride, porém "ride" é mais para moto, cavalo etc não?
Queria saber a tradução não como o motorista do carro, mas sim como passageiro, porém sem deixar a palavra "passageiro" explícita.
Seria como: " Foi o primeiro carro que andei na minha vida"

My first ride home would have been Dad’s 1953 Pontiac Star Chief sedan. Unfortunately, I have no more details and no memory of it. The first car I can remember is a black 1957 Mercury Colony Park wagon.
Mine would be a 1966 442… The first car I remember ridding in was a 1968 Ford Galaxy 500.
It was my first car ride ever.
It was my first-ever ride actual ride in a car.
