Ok. Just to have the EE chores done:
The forum is a forum and in most of cases only exposes the suggestion of each one, as is my case now.
My suggestion for the slogan "10, nota 10", in English is: "Ten, high ten"
Explaining that Ten (10) is the highest grade possible for each of the items (quesitos) below.
1- Bateria............................... Battery
2- Samba-Enredo....................... Samba plot / Storyline
3- Harmonia............................ Harmony
4- Evolução............................. Evolution / Progress
5- Enredo............................... Plot-theme
6- Conjunto............................. Set
7- Alegorias e Adereços............... Allegories and Props
8- Fantasias............................ Costumes
9- Comissão de Frente................ Front Commission / Commission of Front
10-Mestre-Sala e Porta-Bandeira..... Master's court-room and Flag holder
A slogan has no logic, someone just needs not be afraid of falling on their face, and say it many times.
There will be no more questions without a due answer from now on.

"Eu já sabia." - I knew it :
( What Brazilians say when they want to show they are certain something is going to happen even before it happens.)
Rio de Janeiro - Mar 09, 2011
In a city where allegiances to Carnival groups runs deep, rivaling residents' dedication to football teams, the announcement of this year's winner for best overall presentation in the two-day parade was eagerly awaited.
When the judges tallied the points for each group and announced Beija-Flor took first place — its 12th — the group's following erupted in cheers and tears, kicking off a celebration that would last into the night.
Their theme this year honoured the Brazilian singer Roberto Carlos, a star with such pull in Brazil that his entrance into the Sambadrome right before dawn Tuesday set off a standing ovation by the crowd, which waited through heavy rain to see him.

Sorry for the late.
