Como dizer "fé cega" em inglês

A expressão me lembrou de uma música dos Engenheiros do Hawaii "é preciso fé cega e pé atrás olho vivo, faro fino e... tanto faz..". Hoje, ao pesquisar sobre o tema, descobri que existe também uma banda britânica criada em 1968 com esse nome.

Exemplos:
