Correção de Texto: Work at Image Press

Hello guys.
I've been write a text about the job in my company, but I have some doubts about the contents and grammar. Actually it's my english homework that week. And I don't now if it's everything ok, cause it's one of my first text in english. Can you help me?


Work at a Printer Shop

I’ve been work in Image Press since 2012. It’s the biggest printer shop in our city, and there are some employees that work a full time.
In our company, sometimes we have a lot of job and we need to do work overtime, Sunday through Friday, and also sometimes we need to work overtime at Saturday’s morning.
The most curious of that story, is that when my boss, live me to the company, I was just 16 years old. But now I’ve an agreement and I’m 16 years old.
There we have all costumers’ type, like embroidery factories and pottery. In my section, digital print, we use some suppliers, like toners cartridges or papers.
There the employees make about 1 to 4 thousand real. Sometimes, when a person gets elderly, the company retires it.
In the next year, I want to do an exchange program, in United States or Canada, maybe. If I going to travel, I going to resign to my company.
Since That I’m work at Image Press, the company never needs to make a redundant.
Too bad it’s despite I work in a good company, with a great crew, nowadays some teens like me are unemployed.
