Estou lendo um texto e fiquei sem ter certeza como entender individuals nele. è um texto sobre seguro de saúde/trabalho nos EUA.
Pensei em entender o termo individuals como individual, ou seja, por indivíduo. Porém, ali está no plural e não no singular.
