You wrote it right the first time. As far as
pisca-pisca, our language reformers resolved not to drop the hyphen. I had to go check the new version of Houaiss dictionary for that. The inclusion of the hyphen or the outright omission of it has taken some getting used to.

Yule or Yuletide = Christmastide (although Wikipedia says native speakers of English in England and other parts of the English speaking world more commonly now call the modern Yule or Yuletide "Christmas" (along with "Christmastide")).
