"Any" in negative sentences

I've just come up with this doubt:
I know that we use any in negative sentences: "There isn't any water in the fridge" or "She doesn't have any chance".
But what about the cases below?
"I don't think she has any chance" or "I don't think she has some chance".
The negative aspect is in "think", not in "have".
Can you help me please?
