Como avançar do nível B1 para o B2?

Eu estou no nível B1 já tem algum tempo, mas não consigo subir para o B2. Sinto que travo na gramática mais avançada, e também vocabulário mais complexo.

I shouldn't be the one to step to the plate since I am just a learner here. But, okay, deem this a kick-off (just an incentive to others around the Forum).
Per CEFR standards, a B1 (beginner) should be capable of using everyday expressions and express personal details (where he/she lives, things like that) and talk even if in a clear and slow way.
There are some tests to assess students at this level, like the following one:
Ref. app.tracktest

Ref. tracktest
So the site mentions some skills expected of a B2 student.
communicate in simple and routine tasks
Simple and direct exchange of information on familiar and routine matters.
Describe in simple terms aspects of his/her background,
Immediate environment and matters in areas of immediate need.
In a nutshell, a B2 should handle an interview, should be capable of talk about his interests (the description of a TV show/series, etc included here.). Be able of express his point of view about something. Be able to find the main information in a text.
Must be able to write a letter, or some formal writing.
I said...in a nutshell ! Not a comprehensive, thorough explanation.

How one would do that? By studying, immersing himself in this kind of training. Here goes a link, so you see how it is.

So, the student has to go for it, to study in class and/or on the side. Preferably get some good material at hand and remember himself that reading isn't the same as studying. Studying is active, engaged work.

Finally, like they say 'where there's a will there is a way", or indeed there are several ways...
I wish you luck in your enterprise. No! I wish you success because luck seems like the lottery, success would be more like something you invest in.
