And also "taking justice into one´s own hands".

I think "bring someone to justice with one´s own hands." is slightly different, would certainly mean that someone will do whatever is in his capacity to make a wrongdoer account for his wrongs and, if possible to compensate for the harm he did to others. Whereas, to take justice into your own hands it may (or may not) mean that you don´t care to get a fair trial, you want him judged by your standards (or by the standards of the mob with you, wether fair or not). In the second case you may have an hasty judgement and it can be as just harming as the wrong done, or even pick the wrong person.

take the law into your own hands

to do something illegal and often violent in order to punish someone because you know the law will not punish that person
One day, after years of violent abuse from her husband, she took the law into her own hands.

Similar, but not quite. It could involve punishing, but then it could not be related to it.
That is, to take the the law into your own hands is always a case of taking matters into your own hands, but you can take matters into your own hands to solve other kind of problems.

take matters into your own hands

to deal with a problem yourself because the people who should have dealt with it have failed to do so
When the police failed to catch her son's murderer, she decided to take matters into her own hands.
