It can be used as follows:
(1) Did I offend you? Not at all. (De jeito nenhum)
(2) Thank you. Not at all. (Imagine.)

"Nowise" is possibly British. I speak American English. I don't recall ever hearing it in the USA. It can be found, however, in the dictionary.

Posso corroborar nunca ter ouvido "nowise" no Canadá ou USA nesse contexto popular. É uma palavra legítima e refinada em sentenças do tipo "But that did in nowise mend the matter, or at all soften the hard heart of the learned gentleman with the copy of Blackstone".

Concordo plenamente tb com a explicação do Thomas para "not at all".

no entanto, na música do Viper (Prelude to oblivion), se a traduação não estiver errada, o "not at all" é usado como "de jeito nenhum". é possível traduzir desta forma, ou se trata de erro na tradução?

"World will remember? Not at all" (o mundo irá se lembrar? de jeito nenhum!)
"And take my example? Not at all" (e seguir meu exemplo? de jeito nenhum!)
"Am I wrong? Yes!" (estou errado? sim!)

Sim, a sua interpretação está correta. Mas não devemos nos basear em letra de música popular, onde é frequente tomar a liberdade necessária para obter o número certo de sílabas ou rima, como modelo do uso comum de uma expressão.
