Para traduzir "ninguém é melhor do que ninguém" é melhor traduzir como "no one is better than no one" ou nobody is better than nobody"?
Ex: Ninguém pode te rebaixar desse jeito ninguém é melhor do que ninguém nesse mundo.
Ex: Ninguém pode te rebaixar desse jeito ninguém é melhor do que ninguém nesse mundo.

- O uso do "else" é tido como uma forma de tornar a frase mais natural. No entanto, ele não altera o sentido. Outro exemplo é "todo mundo conhece todo mundo" em inglês, que pode ser dito com "everyone knows everyone else".

Por que o certo a se usar é "Nobody is better than anybody (else)." em vez de "Nobody is better than nobody (else)."?
Me parece que não haveria dupla negação nessa última frase.

As formas corretas e mais comuns são "no one is better than anyone (else)" e "nobody is better than anybody (else)". A opção em que você sugere não haver dupla negação não é comum. O próprio Google confirma isso. A meu ver, há sim dupla negação ou uma redundância.Por que o certo a se usar é "Nobody is better than anybody (else)." em vez de "Nobody is better than nobody (else)."? Me parece que não haveria dupla negação nessa última frase.

Unless you are the man Tina Turner was singing about in the song The Best, even so she had a caveat - Better than anyone. Anyone I've ever met... (in the lyrics), so it was open to change, The Best could change at any time...
Of course, she had not met me at the time of the lyrics' creation!
Per normal grammar reasoning "nobody" and "nobody" in the same sentence would be a 'no no', it would make it unusual and 'unnatural' English. A double negation of sorts, their way to solve this was by adding "anybody" instead of "nobody" replacing the second occurence.
Same goes to "I'm not better than anybody else but nobody is better than me!", this time "anybody" replaces "nobody" first occurrence. Any often goes hand in hand with negative sentences and questions.
