Não se preocupe = don't worry
Mas e se formos falar numa frase com o sentido: "Queremos ser uma [organização] que não se preocupe em ser politicamente correta"
Nesse sentido, é como se eles não "se preocupassem em ser", e sim passassem a não se importar ou não se esforçar para serem daquela forma.

I think politically correctness gone too far is what was meant in the question. The problem is that PC is an equivocal term.
Sometimes taking the form of "rules" set in stone, sometimes leaving no leeway to developing effective relationship across differences that might divide groups.
In the old days they used the word "ethics", respect, etc, the case with PC is that the 'extremes' are what people think when mention it.
We live in times where "influencer" might mean "pusher".
