"Seguir à risca" ou "seguir algo à risca" significa :
Seguir padrões estabelecidos de forma rigorosa ou tomar atitudes que refletem o que se é esperado de uma atividade desempenhada sem que exista desvios ou distorções à luz da exigência ou necessidade para o desenvolvimento completo de uma função.
(minha definição)
Ex: Funcionários devem seguir a risca procedimentos que aumentam a segurança nos condomínios.
Ex: Devemos seguir a risca tudo que o manual do automóvel diz?
Alguns pitacos: precisely, exactly, strictly.
E até mesmo: to the letter
Ex: I followed your instruction to the letter
Segui as suas intruções à risca.
