Correção de texto: "Learning English Journal"

This is my learning English journal that I’ve decided to create to improve my writing skill, speaking skill and vocabulary, in addition to my ability of thinking in English. I struggle to think and speak directly in English. I commit a lot of grammar and pronounce mistakes and I miss words that I want to express myself. I guess that I am at pre-intermediate level when it comes to read or listen to in English, but when I try to speak and write I feel like a absolute beginner learner.

It’s very hard writing one single paragraph in English. My native language gets in the way, my sentences sounds unnatural and very weird. I’ve been searching for ways to overcome these barriers. One of the ways that I’ve found was write a journal. This way I can visualise what I need to improve.
