Ending a sentence with the word Yield

Hi guys,

I need to write a sentence and try to end it with the word "yield" however I'm not very familiar with this word and I don't know if it can be used at the end of a sentence.

Also I'd appreciate if somebody wrote sentences to explain the meaning of this word better, would it be our "render?"
