Roast x Roasted
Hi, everybody! Can anyone clarify something for me:
Is it possible to say roasted meat? I know we call roast meat, or roast chicken, but when could I use "roasted"? Is is only for the passive like this example: "The chicken was roasted, not fried, so today we have roast chicken for lunch!". Is this correct?
Thank you in advance!
All the best!
