"There's not" a ou "There's no"

Frases como "There's no tv in the classroom e There isn't a tv in the classroom ou até no plural vemos muito. Mas eu nunca vi e acho estranho falar assim " There is not a tv in the classroom ou there's not a tv in the classroom". Pois " there's not a e there is not a..." Existe estas formas?
Fica estranho escrever e falar assim soa estranho ( sempre vi There isn't a ou there's no ). Não é respondendo na forma curta, mas sim uma frase completa.
