Como dizer "adicional noturno" em inglês

Bom dia, pessoal!
É correto eu dizer "night addcional" para adicional noturno? Aquele extra que ganhamos por trabalhar a noite.
Obrigado.
Long days and pleasant nights.

Nunca ouvi dessa maneira. Talvez "afterhours pay", "nightime extra pay", "night shift pay scale" ou coisa semelhante.

Suggestion: night/third shift premium

"Shift-premium pay is 10 % of the employee's regular hourly pay rate. Departments must designate all work shifts as first, second, or third. Shift premium is only paid for work hours occurring on second and third shifts. A higher rate of pay may be paid to some medical employees. "

Talk about "night shift premium." Working for a public hospital with more than 1000 certified nurse assistants, certified nurses and physicians most of whom work night (and day) shifts on a 24 x 24 basis, I usually have a lot work to catch up on at the end of every month. The personnel sector still has a long way to go, meaning some automatization required though pending approval. In some of the hospital's sectors employees still resort to the ole BiC ballpoint pen to get their requests and most of their internal communications across at a time hospital clerical work all over the world has undergone irreversible automatization.

Not far lies the day in which we fiscal contributors and patients will have totally robotized hospitals within reach or at the touch of a button. Or maybe not.
