Are you going out? 'Yes, let's go to the park and then have lunch at the pizzeria.' Okay, nice ride.'

Cinnamon,

You usually get it right but that one is not correct at all. First off, you can only use "let's go" when it refers to you and someone else taking part in an activity yourselves, not when you're saying you're going to do something with another person to someone that is not going to be in it. It's also more of an invitation/suggestion/idea which is usually said in a tone of excitement rather than just stating you're going to do something regarding an activity you have already planned and is set to happen which is the context at hand. Also, "ride" refers to making a trip somewhere through any means of transportation, usually by car. In this case it's preferable that you just say "have a nice/good time" since it's just about two people getting to spend and enjoy some time outside.

With that being said, this is how I would say it:

-Are you guys going out? Yes. We're going to the park and then grab a bite at the cafeteria.
-Ok, have a nice time.
