Hi,I´m learning past participle now,and i´m being crazy,´cause i´m not undertanding this One.

Please,can you explain,what´s the diference between ´´I never liked this´´ and ´´I´ve never liked this´´What´s the diference?

There´s any topic at the site that explain the diference between past and past participle?
