Dizemos tb "to throw it in my face" para o mesmo efeito:

She always treated me well even though I never asked for anything, but now she's throwing that in my face. ("That" se refere a como ela tratou vc)

I never asked anything to her, she gave me everything, but not out of generosity. It seems like she did it to make me owe her something and then someday payback, now she is playing those mind games, trying to make me feel bad about it.

Not an exact translation, but the imagery, the sense is of "jogar na cara".
