I need a help. I'm making a (how can you say video aula in English) teaching to install Operating System with an aim to improve my speak in English.
But I don't know how can you say "Porém ja tenho" in English.
Ex: "Primeiro vocês fazem o download do programa, no meu caso eu já tenho aqui no meu computador"
" Fist you to do download the program, but in my case "eu ja tenho" in my computer (Corrija me se eu escrevi errado nessa frase rsrs).

I avoided a direct translation of your sentence. Anyone of these would sound a lot more natural in English:
1. First you download the program, but I'm skipping this as I already have it in my computer.

Let´s say you are being recorded (or is recording the installation itself). Let´s say that you get to a given point you explain what one should do and then you say "I am going to skip that part of the setup (or - setup process) since I already have the program installed.
Or else, you could say "I am going to skip that part of the setup for now, since I have it already installed in my computer. When installing you should...yada yada yada..."
