Sem se deixar levar pela mídia e do conceito do país (Eua), na sua opinião, e da experiência que teve em Harvard. Tendo a experiência pessoal; realmente é ela a top do mundo mesmo ou outras do mundo são melhores, independente dos cursos ofertados?

Without being swayed by the market (including the media slanted towards) U.S. Universities. From your experience, what do you think? Is Harvard the bigger in its league, or there are others in the world/around the world that are better than it? Regardless of the number of courses offered?

bigger in the league - you could also be more formal and ask "Is Harvard the top in the world-class universities? Or there are others..."

Others members might have more ways to bring to the table, sometimes in English we have a variety of ways to express something.

I skipped the "...e do conceito do país (Eua)." part, but it´s open to suggestion and insights from more other learners or experts.
