Como dizer "Toque novamente ou repita" em inglês
Se quero perguntar a alguém se ela quer que eu passe o áudio de novo eu uso qual forma? Play it again? Repeat it? No sentido de “Quer que eu repita o áudio ou toque ele de novo? “would you like to listen to it again?” Só que de uma forma mais simples.

Você já indicou duas formas simples: "play it again" e "repeat it". A depender da entonação e do contexto, basta acrescentar "please" para não parecer rude.
Podemos dizer também:
Hit it again (, please).
Once more.
One more time.
Again!
Encore!

I am no exception even around here I get to the bus station and ask "sabe que horas passa o ônibus tal?" and most of the time meet a "bom dia! Boa tarde!" (an indirect way to mean "you didn't even get to the small talk first!". Shaem on me, but I am learning!
