Como dizer "Trabalho com medo" em inglês

Pensei em "I work with fear", mas isso me parece termo de psicologia(lidar com o medo) ou tradução literal. O sentido que quero passar é de trabalhar sentindo medo do ambiente, do chefe autoritário etc.

So apparently you have a "high-pressure job" (you work under pressure all the time, you have tight deadlines to be met, task galore, etc). Plus, as you put it, your boss might lead by fear (or if you wish - pressures to perform).
Sometimes the boss rises the bar, or you are asked to do even more daunting tasks...
Leading by fear produces a team that works in a constant state of anxiety because of their pressure to perform.

Sim, mas a intenção é dizer/transmitir a sensação do que sentimos: trabalho com medo.
É comum um nativo (americano, britânico etc) dizer "I work with fear"?
Exemplo: Estou sob pressão. Trabalho com medo.

Yes, sometimes. But, as you said it seems way less used, at least in the context I have expressed.
It´s more common to elaborate (I mean, specific items) "I work with fear of being fired/with fear of failure.", etc.
Now, we can express "I work in a fear-ridden environment" would express it better. But then it´s me, others might think otherwise.
One other related expression they use of late is "bruising workplace", Google it and you will know what I mean.
And "cutthroat environment" or "cutthroat and bruising workplace" as well.
