Como Escrever os Endereços em Inglês

I would like to know how I can write a neighborhood name in an English address.

I have been searching for addresses in English on the Internet. I found a lot of different orders. For example, some say that the correct order is:

• Number + Name of street/Avenue + apartment number + name of city + name of state + zip code + country

Others say that the correct is:

• Number + Name of street/Avenue + apartment number + zip code + name of city + name of state + country

Neither one of them have the neighborhood information though. Can't you put the neighborhood information into an English address? If you can, where should it be?

For example, how does the following address should be writing in English?

Avenida Paulista, n°1230, Jardim Palmeiras
CEP: 12345-678, São José do Rio Preto, SP
