So, in the case of your question, specifically, it would better if reworded into:
I don't have any money for you.
So the "any-question" is answered, but let me tell you, it would sound like a bit harsh on your part.
You could use a more polite way, softening the ''NO'' if you wish.
For instance: you could say "sorry but I paid my bills/course/college etc... and got not much left to loan out.
" If the person persists and nag you, then you would then resource to the straight "I don´t have any money for you" spiel.
