Quando Usar THE após OF ou IN?

As vezes eu escuto e leio, OF e IN + something sem o artigo. E outras vezes eu escuto e leio OF THE / IN THE + something com artigo.

Eu gostaria que alguém me ajudasse com essa dúvida.

1- Por exemplo. A team of scientists

2- E porque não? A team of the scientists?


3- Outro exemplo com IN: I will be in the house.

4- Porque não? I will be in House?
