''Would much rather'' - "preferir muito mais" em inglês

Usa-se a expressão "would much rather" para se dizer "preferir muito mais". Vejam exemplos:

I would much rather live there.
Eu prefiro muito mais morar lá.

We would much rather rent a house.
Nós preferimos muito mais alugar uma casa.

Formas contraídas:

I'd much rather live there.
We'd much rather rent a house.

Lembrete: a tradução literal "prefer much more" não é uma boa opção.
