Correção de texto: About (linkedIn Technical Profile) [6824]
I have always believed that dreams move the world and that technology has the power to turn dreams into reality, but after 18 years on the road in technology, made me skillfully develop the art of listening and I found that listening to the customer means helping you "translate" your dreams into achievements, in the form of new products, sustainable and efficient processes or businesses, to which the technology gives the real dimension its existence and the client a special brightness to its achievements.
In a way, experience enters the blood and skill becomes a passion. This passion gave me a great ability to define iterative processes, enabling continuous delivery of value, and ensuring that the requirements of the greatest value for the customer are met first.
In the natural course of learning, I strongly developed the subtle art of minimizing non-essential work and achieving higher levels of effectiveness, through Efficient Development Processes, contributing to bringing to higher levels the motivation among employees of all projects in which I was involved.
Today I am proud to call myself a Business and Requirements Analyst (or as the scrum tribe prefers "Product Owner"), having participated in more than 35 major national and global projects, registering with excellent user stories and performing the analysis of requirements for defining functionalities of products and services in any business model and in any type of project, regardless of its complexity.
My expertise also includes the ability to promote an agile transformation environment, experience with the facilitation of Kanban or Scrum events (Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective, and the like), and knowledge of agile metrics and OKR.
Having a large participation in projects related to the industry, I developed skills in orchestrating advanced plant programming systems, supply chain management, and shop floor pointing control (MOM/MES/APS/ERP/WMS), promoting digital transformation through IoT technology and paperless processes; support the areas involved in the "Business Case" for strategic development actions.
- Remote work experience with globally dispersed users and teams;
- Scrum Fundamentals Certificate (evolving for SCRUM Master);
